What Implementation Plans are available?
Sapling offers two (2) implementation plans to cater to your team's needs: standard, and advanced.
The availability of these plans depend on the size of your organization.
1. Standard Implementation
Standard Implementation provides access to a dedicated Customer Success Manager over four (4) weeks and includes four (4) implementation video conference calls covering:
- Project Plan and Implementation Overview
- Sandbox walkthrough including importing general employee data and company assets
- Configuring your Onboarding Platform / HRIS including;
- Employee Record
- Admin Roles
- Set-up of basic ATS, Payroll and G-Suite integrations (where applicable)
- Completing a test onboarding
The Standard Implementation plan is based on work with one point of contact (Program Lead) with the customer for all data, and all data must be imported into Sapling within the four week period.
Standard data migration is covered with one CSV upload using Sapling's provided template included, additional costs may apply for additional upload request. Field histories for tabular field data is included (i.e. role and compensation history).
This plan does not include custom feature programming, or any development work with Sapling’s or other third-party APIs (such as custom fields, wording changes, or specific requirements not identified in the Order Form).
The Standard Implementation plan does not include uploading of files or photos, manual data entry from paper files or PDF documents, transferring existing onboarding or offboarding checklists or setting up documents for e-signaturing.
Any requested implementation services outside of this scope or timeframe are subject to additional implementation fees.
Additional implementation services at US$125 per hour, and will be listed in an separate Order Form (subject to a US$500 minimum).
2. Advanced Implementation Plan
Advanced Implementation provides a more robust implementation partnership for Customers requiring customization services and a deeper level of partnership with Sapling's Customer Success and Solutions Consulting team.
The Advanced Implementation plan requires planning and scoping of custom services during the initial Order Form signing, and will be outlined and costed explicitly in the Order Form.
The Advanced Implementation plan offers assistance in areas such as:
- Data migration from a different HR system
- Creating Time Off policies
- Time Off Request Histories
- Building custom permissions
- Creating approval chains
- Additional Training (ie; After 4 weeks or 4 Video Conference calls) or On-Site Training
Work completed outside the planned services is subject to additional implementation fees. Extra time, if needed, is billed by the hour at US$125 per hour (subject to a US$500 minimum).
