Effective software implementation is an important component in ensuring your team is supported to deliver a great employee experience at your organization. Failed technology roll outs could have lasting impacts on your team's ability to deliver value in other areas, and most partners choose the full service Sapling team to help configure your account and share best practices for your success.

What Implementation Plans are available?

Sapling offers two (2) implementation plans to cater to your team's needs: standard, and advanced.
The availability of these plans depend on the size of your organization.

1. Standard Implementation

Standard Implementation provides access to a dedicated Implementation Specialist over four (4) weeks and includes four (4) implementation video conference calls covering:

Call 1: 45-60 Minute Call

Project Plan, Implementation Overview, review prep work.

Call 2: 45-60 Minute Call

Call 3: 45-60 Minute Call

Set-up of basic ATS, Payroll and G-Suite integrations (where applicable) Below you will find a comprehensive list of our integration offerings, the majority of which come included with your Sapling subscription, some exclusions apply (i.e. Workday). All of these integrations have basic fields that are included in each integration, additional fields will need to be scoped and developed by our engineering team and come at a cost of $500 per field. 

Call 4: 30 Minute Call

Completing a test onboarding.

With the Standard Implementation you will also have access to our Implementation Hub that has self guided content to help you familiarize yourself with Sapling and its features.

The Standard Implementation plan is based on work with one point of contact (Program Lead) with the customer for all data, and all data must be imported into Sapling within the four week period.

Standard data migration is covered with one CSV upload using Sapling's provided template included, additional costs may apply for additional upload requests. Field histories for tabular field data is included (i.e. role and compensation history).

This plan does not include custom feature programming, or any development work with Sapling’s or other third-party APIs (such as custom fields, wording changes, or specific requirements not identified in the Order Form).

The Standard Implementation plan does not include uploading of files or photos, manual data entry from paper files or PDF documents, transferring existing onboarding or offboarding checklists or setting up documents for e-signaturing.

Any requested implementation services outside of this scope or timeframe are subject to additional implementation fees.

Additional implementation services at US$125 per hour (including additional call requests), and will be listed in a separate Order Form (subject to a US $500 minimum).

2. Advanced Implementation Plan

Advanced Implementation provides a more robust implementation partnership for Customers requiring customization services and a deeper level of partnership with Sapling's Customer Success and Solutions Consulting team.

The Advanced Implementation plan requires planning and scoping of custom services during the initial Order Form signing, and will be outlined explicitly in the Order Form.

The Advanced Implementation plan includes everything in the Standard Implementation, plus an additional 2 dedicated calls with your Implementation specialist.
