Request Info: Efficiently get the information you need to keep records up to date

Sapling's request info allows you to collect team member information in a simple and streamlined experience.

Sometimes we need to collect new information from our team members or have information updated to ensure current.

Sapling's request info allows you to collect team member information in a simple and streamlined experience.

How to Request Info?

Admins have access to Actions on each team member's profile. Using the 'Request Info' button, select which field of information you'd like to request from the team member.

What happens next?

Sapling will send an email to the team member requesting them to complete the specific fields you requested.

Upon clicking 'Complete Information' on the email, they will be taken to a simple and secure landing page to complete the specific fields.

The complete information is then saved on their profile, and you'll receive an email alert that the information has been completed.

For security purposes, we do not show the information in the email.
