Personal vs Company Email Management

Learn how Sapling manages the changeover from personal to company email addresses for new hires.

Onboarding is unique to other HR workflows as requires the dual management of personal --> company email communications.

New Hire invitations are typically sent via personal email, from which new hires then create a password that they can use to access Sapling (with their personal email) until their company email is available.

Once a company email is added to a new hires profile field, this then becomes the default setting for all communications.
