Bailey Edgell is a Senior Customer Success Coach and D&I Lead for North America at Culture Amp. She guides customers through collecting, understanding, and acting on employee feedback, and specializes in helping organizations use these insights to support diversity, inclusion, and intersectionality initiatives. Prior to Culture Amp, she was an operations leader and Learning & Development practitioner in high-growth environments. She studied economics, Spanish, and Romanian at Arizona State University. In her free time, she is usually finding a New York City bridge to run.
