Sapling has saved an estimated 4800 emails between new hires and HR, and has automated 35 workflows per new hire. Sapling has received a strong reception from new employees; "Best onboarding I've had at a company yet" and "Would definitely recommend this onboarding process to others!"

Before

Under 50 employees at the time, Zumper raised an $17.6 million Series B led by Breyer Capital and Foxhaven Asset Management in October 2016.

Their team was leveraging Angel List as their Applicant Tracking System and a mix of Google spreadsheets and Google slides as their Onboarding Program.

Recurring pain points in tracking workflows, creating numerous follow-up emails for new and existing staff with questions relating to workflows, hardware, software, payroll and benefits .
